NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2019
This notice is to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the Tawharanui Open Sanctuary Society Inc. is to be held at 1pm on Sunday 1st September 2019 at the Woolshed, Tāwharanui Regional Park.

Planting Day Rained Out
The Tawharanui Public Planting day held on 3 June was affected by heavy rain.

Sunday in the Park & AGM: 1 Sep 2019

A range of activities and tasks will be undertaken in the morning These jobs will be advised on the day. We appreciate the support of anyone who wishes to volunteer their time to assist with this worthy project. A lovely barbeque meal is offered after the work. This is a good chance to socialise with other TOSSI members. Thank you to Warkworth Butchery for discounted sausages and Kenilworth Orchard (just south of Warkworth) for the donated fruit. Wear: old clothes, gumboots/sturdy shoes, gardening/work gloves NB: Please make sure that the soles of your boots are clean. Bring: raincoat or sunhat depending on weather. The AGM will be held after lunch.

This notice is to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the Tawharanui Open Sanctuary Society Inc. is to be held at 1pm on Sunday 1st September 2019 at the Woolshed, Tāwharanui Regional Park. We would love to see you there. Business to be conducted: Welcome from Chairperson 1. Record those present and apologies 2. Confirmation of minutes of previous AGM 3. Matters arising 4. Chairperson’s report 5. Financial report 6. Election of Officers and Committee 7. Membership subscription 2019/2020 8. Report by Open Sanctuary Co-ordinator 9. General Business On the morning of the AGM, the monthly “Sunday in the Park” Volunteer Workday will commence at 9.15 am and will include a bbq lunch for all participants. To function effectively, the TOSSI Committee requires a range of skills and expertise including accounting, legal, promotional, educational, secretarial and scientific.
